Seattle / Ballard cat sitter services

If you want a Seattle cat sitter that is knowledgeable about cats and absolutley adores them, you've come to the right place.

Unlike many other services whose teams of sitters travel throughout the greater Seattle area, I am a Ballard-based one woman shop who focuses exclusively on my immediate North Ballard, North Beach and Blue Ridge neighborhood. I personally care for every cat client, every time. My priority is to support long term clients by building ongoing relationships with their feline family members. This allows me to offer a consistent, familiar presence to cats whose habits and preferences I know well.

I offer two daily visits to your home, providing exceptional, personalized care for your cats and your home.

Visits includes:
  • Monitoring health & wellbeing

  • Feeding & fresh water

  • Playtime, brushing and massages

  • Litterbox clean-up

  • Medication/supplement administration

  • Watering indoor plants

  • Newspaper & mail retrieval

  • Curbing garbage/recycle

  • Alternating lights & blinds

  • Daily email or text updates with photos

I keep you in the loop with daily updates via email or text. After each morning visit, I'll send you a brief email/text confirming that all is well. Then in the evenings, after both visits have been completed, I'll send you a more detailed update with photos documenting how your cat/s spent their day.

Additional needs just ask!

~ Services & Rates ~

How my service works:

During each day you are away, I provide one morning and one evening visit. Twice daily monitoring is ideal for the well-being of your cat/s and the safety of your home. In addition to routine cat care duties, this allows ample time for petting, playing, health monitoring and home security measures.

Services must be booked continuously for each day you are away. At the start and end of your trip, if your departure or return times make the morning or evening visits unnecessary, one visit for those days can be booked.

My rates are all inclusive:

I like to keep things simple for my clients so I don't charge extra holiday fees, multiple pet fees, medication administration fees, weekend fees, cancellation fees, late booking fees or anything other additional fees.

Why no quick pop -in visits?

I feel responsible for your cats' well-being when you are away. Rather than rushing in for quick food refills and litter scoops, I feel it's important that I spend time with each cat under my care. Cats can get lonely, bored and stressed when owners are away and health issues can arise. Having them appropriately monitored, engaged and loved on, is the best preventative approach. It's the level of care I'd want for my own cats, so of course I want that for yours too!

One of my lifetime goals is to start a retirement home for the bonded pair senior cats that have less chance of making it out of shelters. My previous cats Emerson and Rudi had such an amazing bond and the thought of them ever having to be separated would just be heartbreaking. Seeing signs up on shelter cages that say they'd be willing to separate a bonded pair drives my desire to start this rescue. Using Pets Dig Me for your cat sitting needs will help me get closer to that goal.
